Whenever either of us say those words, the other drops everything zips to whatever computer is about to unveil Delilah's genius and wait with eager anticpation for the photo to upload.
Last night was no different.
Both our eyes widened in awe and words of praise gushed from our mouths.
Kat and I have learned through the course of this past year to not make suggestions of things we think we want on our covers, indeed, we have learned not even to try to create in our own heads a vision for what our covers should be.
Why? Because once we give the basic information, who the stars are, what the basic backdrop is, when the story takes place, and a general idea of the story, we step aside and let Delilah and her brilliant staff do what they are experts at doing.
